By purchasing from Appliance Barn, you acknowledge that some appliances are sold as "scratch and dent" and may have cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality. All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges are possible if Appliance is defective at installation. Please make sure all Appliances installed have surge protection in order to keep the warranty valid.Warranty will be voided if surge protection is not used.Applicable sales tax will be added. If you are unable to make payments on a payment plan, Appliance Barn will Restock the appliance and charge you a fee of 10% of the appliances sale price. Warranty information will be provided at the time of purchase, but Appliance Barn is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time.
